Lisa Frison is the African American segment leader for Enterprise Marketing’s Segments & Strategy team. In this role, Frison is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise strategy for driving engagement among African American consumers and communities. As segment lead, Frison focuses on providing African Americans with the tools, resources and product solutions necessary to help them make informed financial decisions. She is a thought leader, delivering data, cultural insights and strategic consultation to business and product groups across the company to help advance their business objectives through segment engagement.

Frison joined Wells Fargo in 2006 as a sponsorships manager on the corporate marketing team. In this role, she worked closely with Wells Fargo’s diverse segments group to evaluate sponsorship opportunities and identify those that best support corporate goals and vision and values. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she held positions in brand and alliance marketing at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, and in finance and engineering at Xerox in Rochester. She obtained a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY and an M.B.A from the University of Rochester. Frison serves on the leadership team for Wells Fargo’s Black/African American Connection team member network. In 2012 she was recognized by Who’s Who in Black Charlotte.

With a strong passion for education, she also serves as board chair for KIPP Charlotte, a free, open enrollment, college preparatory school serving fifth through eighth graders. She considers learning to be one of her top five strengths and makes a conscious effort to support education initiatives.
